My Style & Credentials
With over 20 years on the mat, I have dedicated my life to exploring the transformative power of yoga. As an RYT500 and PYRT Prenatal Certified instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, I specialize in the foundational strength of Hatha, the alignment-focused grace of Anusara, and the disciplined heat of the 26/2 sequence. My teaching philosophy bridges Eastern wisdom with modern accessibility, ensuring every practitioner feels welcome. In my classes, you can expect a joyful fusion of precise technical alignment and lighthearted play. I believe that a heart-centered approach lifts the spirit while challenging the physical body.
Born on Catalina Island with deep roots in the mountain high country, I am a passionate outdoorswoman. When I am not in the studio, you’ll find me cycling, swimming, and backpacking through the Sierras. I welcome you to practice, everyone is welcome.
